You'll be perfectly located on a quiet residential street, at the heart of a lively neighbourhood with its cafes, trendy restaurants, daily market and boutique shops.
The apartment has a large lounge and dining area with seating for 6 persons, fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring stove, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, microwave, hob, toaster, electric kettle... And it also has a small terrace where you can seat and dine "al fresco".
The bedrooms are very spacious with high quality mattresses and plenty of storage space. The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and the upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with toilet, shower and washbasin. The downstairs main bathroom has a bathtub with jacuzzi and shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The stairs to the top floor are a bit steepy, not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
A damage deposit of €150 in cash as to be paid on arrival to cover serious damages on the apartment that may occur. It will be returned to you on checkout if nothing serious happens.
